Live-in options and carer perspectives

Recently, our PR team has been working to not only raise awareness of live-in homecare being a real quality of life option, but also providing information in regards to carers stories and perspectives, and discussing what live-in care is like for a parent.

AgeSpace featured three guest articles in the websites blog section – written by three of the Hub members. The three blogs covered a range of live-in information, from how live-in care it’s a viable alternative to residential, to the perspective of a live-in carer and, finally, what live-in care is like for a parent.

Private Client Adviser included information about The Live-in Homecare Information Hub on its PCA Blog page, explaining the two models of live-in care available. The piece was guest written by a Hub member.

Country Wives, a website for women over 50, featured the story of a Hub live-in carer. The piece discussed how the carer perfected a work-life balance and the benefits of a career in live-in care.

Today’s GP, a website for healthcare professionals, featured an article (written by a Hub member) discussing how live-in homecare allowed the elderly to stay in their homes.
