On 1st April The Good Care Group won an award for Training and Development Expertise at the Home Care Awards. The award recognised TGCG’s efforts to provide further learning and development opportunities for Professional Carers in response to feedback. TGCG has also recently launched a ‘step into care programme’ which takes individuals with a passion for care but with limited professional experience and supports them through a uniquely devised training programme focussed on the skills needed to deliver high quality professional care.
