Personalised Support in Your Own Home
With over 14 years’ experience in the domiciliary care industry, Kate Hetzels passion was always Live-in care. Having seen the tremendous difference live-in care can make to peoples lives, Kate founded Eximius in 2016 to specifically focus on the complex and individualized needs in this area.
Eximius Live-in care are CQC regulated and provide a fully managed care service. We have a consultant who is a registered nurse with 26 years experience, who gives guidance on clinical decisions and best practice for clients. We employ our support companions directly which means we take care of all the employment and regulatory issues. Our support companions are fully trained and background checked. This means our clients and their family can have confidence in the service we provide.
“Our mother has severe dementia and wanted to remain in her own home. The carer found for her by Kate Hetzel has proven to be a perfect match, not only to her specific needs but for her personality and interests, she has an excellent work ethic, is honest, trustworthy, reliable & incredibly hard working. My mothers lifestyle has improved 100%, she is safe and well cared for, well fed, always has much needed company and goes out daily, it has been an absolute pleasure to watch their relationship develop. As clients we always found Kate totally approachable and available to discuss anything.”
