Home Is Where The Heart Is
At St Jude’s we believe the most important thing in anyone’s life is to be able to remain in their own home and maintain their independence and way of life.
St Jude’s was founded on the principal that great care starts at home. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care, no exceptions.
All of our carers attend our induction program which includes achieving the care certificate. Each carer has a nominated manager who will work with them throughout their journey with St Jude’s. We believe in not only offering support to our carers but the opportunity to train further with a recognised qualification.
Our client base is varied so can offer carers from difference disciplines a ‘match’ of your skills and the client’s needs. We believe it’s important that not only do you match the client with their care needs but also their environment and personality to ensure a happy relationship. We aim to ensure that carers have regular clients and a regular working pattern, we believe it’s better for everyone if there is continuity.
